Atlas Pump has been servicing our sump pumps for 25 years, and their prices have always been reasonable, while their service standards have always been the highest. I'm the Condo President of our building and deal with many vendors. It was a true pleasure to work with this team. From the moment they came out to identify the issue (which they did within minutes--can't say the same for the other vendor I was bidding for the same work) to the moment they finished the work, they were truly professional, efficient, and kind through and through. William, the tech who came to fix our booster and replace our tank, was just a gem. He did an excellent job. I hope our building doesn't need a pump repair company anytime soon, but when we do, it'll be Atlas.
Atlas Pump sent someone over very quickly and was very professional. Extremely knowledgeable about sump pump systems, and made some good suggestions about improving drainage as well.
